1. Immediate Digital Delivery

Our product, "Gentle Somatic Focus", is delivered instantly via digital download links upon completion of purchase. Because digital files can be saved, retained, or printed immediately, we are generally unable to issue refunds for completed digital orders.

2. Third-Party Payment Processor

All sales are officially compiled and processed securely via Gumroad. Any direct disputes, payment processor queries, or technical errors during checkout can be flagged and resolved through Gumroad Support Services.

3. Exception Guidelines

Refunds may be processed at our discretion solely in the following specific instances:

Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product within a 24-hour window.
A proven technical error with Gumroad where the file cannot be accessed or downloaded, provided we or Gumroad cannot resolve the access block manually.
